If you would like to order from a catalog, you may either contact us to send you a print catalog or be added to our catalog mailing list to receive a catalog automatically. Please note, print catalogs are produced periodically and are available while supplies last. PAPAYA! catalogs have an order form on the last page if you wish to fax or email your order to us.

Your order will be shipped via UPS shipping within the contiguous 48 US states. We will ship USPS to Alaska & Hawaii.
Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will not ship until the next BUSINESS day. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are NOT business days.
If you select expedited shipping and your order cannot be processed the next business day, we will contact you.
(Example: Order on Monday @ 11:30 AM for 2nd day air delivery, this order will not ship out until Tuesday. UPS considers Wednesday as the 1st day of shipping and Thursday is the 2nd day of shipping)
Please note: UPS considers the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day to be a holiday, NOT a business day.
Shipping Charges: We charge our customers the current rates that are charged by UPS or USPS. To find the current rates go to www.ups.com or www.usps.com. We do not add handling or processing fees to the shipping charge.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship or process orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process.
We via USPS to our international customers. If you have future questions about international shipping, please contact email@example.com. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees assessed by their country’s government. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the item.
Returns must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To make a return, you must call 1.888.488.0638 Ext. 1 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization AND your item must be accompanied by the packing slip. You will be given the return address when you receive your return authorization.
Recipient is responsible for all return shipping. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement. Please note that the credit will appear on your statement from PAPAYA! Inc.

While shopping, please notice that only the available stock will display. However, putting the merchandise into your shopping bag does not guarantee inventory. The merchandise will be reserved to you only after you check out. If an item is not available after you place your order, you will be contacted via email.
Out of Stock and Back Orders
Although we intend to only show you product available online to order, occasionally more popular styles may become out of stock due to high demand which may cause canceled items on your order. You will receive a separate email indicating an item has been put on back order or canceled.
