How will my order be shipped and how much will I be charged?
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. We do not ship or process orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Some orders will take 24 – 48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via UPS shipping within the continuous 48 US states. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via USPS.
What Will My Approximate Ship Time Be From the Day My Package Ships?
- Eastern Standard Time Zone: 7-8 Business Days
- Central Standard Time Zone: 5-7 Business Days
- Mountain Standard Time Zone: 4-6 Business Days
- Pacific Standard Time Zone: 2-4 Business Days
We charge our customers the current rates that are charged by UPS or USPS. To find the current rates go to www.ups.com or www.usps.com. We do not add handling or processing fees to the shipping charge.
Two Day and Three Day Delivery orders placed after 7 AM PST will not ship until the NEXT business day. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are NOT business days.
(Example: An order placed on Monday at 11:30 AM for 2nd day air delivery will not ship out until Tuesday. UPS considers Wednesday as the 1st day of shipping and Thursday is the 2nd day of shipping)
Please note: UPS considers the day before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day to be a holiday, NOT a business day.
Can my order be shipped Internationally?
Yes, we will ship your order USPS. If you have future questions about international shipping please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees assessed by their country’s government. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the item.
How will I know if my order shipped?
You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped, along with tracking information.
How do I return an item?
Returns must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To make a return, e-mail email@example.com for return authorization.Your item must be accompanied by the packing slip and items placed back in the original packaging.
Recipient is responsible for all return shipping. You may want to insure your return; PAPAYA! is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued once we receive the return.
