How can I receive free shipping?
Papaya retail orders $75+ are eligible for free ground/standard shipping. This offer is valid on all retail orders where the minimum amount has been met after discounts have been applied. Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous United States and is not available on shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or International addresses. Please note Papaya wholesale orders are not eligible for this shipping promotion.
How will my order be shipped?
Order Processing Time:
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. When possible we will ship orders out the same day they are placed, but this is not always possible. We do not ship or process orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Your order will ship either UPS or USPS.
How will I be charged?
Enter your credit card or use one of our alternative methods via PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Apple Pay at the time of checkout and we will process your payment.
How will I know if my order ships?
You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped, along with tracking information.
When will my package get to me?
Here are estimates for how long it will take your package to get to your doorstep after it ships from our warehouse:
- Eastern Standard Time Zone: 7-8 Business Days
- Central Standard Time Zone: 5-7 Business Days
- Mountain Standard Time Zone: 4-6 Business Days
- Pacific Standard Time Zone: 2-4 Business Days
2nd Day and 3 Day Delivery on orders placed after 7 AM PST will not ship until the next business day. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded.
Example: An order placed on Monday at 11:30 AM for 2nd Day delivery will not ship out until Tuesday. UPS considers Wednesday as the 1st day of shipping and Thursday is the 2nd day of shipping.
Please note: UPS considers the days before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day to be a holiday, not a business day.
Can my order be shipped internationally?
Yes, we will ship your order internationally via USPS. If you have future questions about international shipping, please contact email@example.com. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees assessed by their country’s government. Duties on goods can vary widely depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the item.
How do I return an item?
Recipients are responsible for all return shipping. You may want to insure your return; Papaya is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a refund will be issued once we receive the return.
