At papayaart.com we are always adding new products. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee inventory if you leave the site without purchasing your selection. While shopping, please notice that only the available stock will display. However, putting the merchandise into your shopping bag does not guarantee inventory. The merchandise will be reserved to you only after you check out.

Out of Stock and Back Orders

Although we intend to only show you product available online to order, occasionally more popular styles may become out of stock due to high demand which may cause canceled items on your order. We will refund the amount back to your original payment method.

Idea Submission & Artwork Use Guidelines

We greatly appreciate our customers’ interest in PAPAYA products. While PAPAYA also values constructive feedback and customer input, neither PAPAYA, nor any of its employees, are currently accepting any unsolicited submissions of potential product ideas, artwork, designs, promotional or advertising concepts, or materials.

PAPAYA is constantly developing new products, artwork, and designs with our talented in-house designers and selected outside artists. The purpose of this policy is to avoid any potential misunderstandings or disputes if a future PAPAYA product or promotion might seem similar to any idea submitted to us. Therefore, we respectfully request that you do not submit any business proposals, artwork, designs, or product ideas and concepts.

For any unsolicited ideas or materials submitted to PAPAYA, the following policies and guidelines will apply.

All unsolicited materials shall be considered provided to PAPAYA without any expectation of compensation by the sender, or any other consideration of any kind, and shall automatically become the exclusive property of PAPAYA.

PAPAYA may destroy or return to the sender any unsolicited materials and shall have no obligation to keep any such materials confidential.

PAPAYA’s artwork may not be reproduced or distributed, outside the PAPAYA product line, in order to protect our brand and customers.

You are always free to otherwise contact PAPAYA with any questions or comments you may have. All feedback and comments are considered non-confidential any may be used by PAPAYA.

PAPAYA may periodically update this Policy including for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed. Any changes made will be posted here.
